Spir Oslo is a labor-market company that cooperates with the authorities, and provides training, guidance, work training and qualification for people who need assistance in obtaining employment or education. Spir Oslo\u2019s primary purpose is to assist young adults, and older, with disabilities, in finding and keeping a job and\/or completing an education. The company also has a lasting assisted option for workers with special needs. The main activities of Spir Oslo consists of helping people with functional diversities into the labor market or the education system. Our services are quality assured through a European standard for quality assurance of social services. The GIP FIPAN (Public Interest Group for Professional Training and Insertion of the Academy of Nice) is a GIP FCIP (Public Interest Grouping of Continuing Education and Professional Insertion) and is a legal entity under public law in the service of Lifelong training.
