profesional de \u00e9xito. En el mercado laboral, entre las habilidades m\u00e1s demandadas est\u00e1 la proactividad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con respecto al esp\u00edritu empresarial, el marco Entrecomp retoma el tema de la proactividad dentro de las competencias relacionadas con la acci\u00f3n y la iniciativa explicitando el concepto en tres puntos espec\u00edficos:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iniciar procesos que creen valor;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afrontar retos;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actuar y trabajar de forma independiente para alcanzar objetivos, mantenerse fiel a las intenciones y llevar a cabo las tareas previstas.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la proactividad?\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podemos definir la proactividad como la capacidad de actuar de forma independiente en el \u00e1mbito de las propias responsabilidades y tareas, trabajando personalmente para obtener las informaciones necesarias y anticip\u00e1ndose a posibles problemas futuros.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f3mo se reconoce a una persona proactiva?<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act\u00faa activamente en las situaciones, identificando posibilidades y oportunidades en el contexto;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se compromete en la realizaci\u00f3n de sus propias actividades;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Propone espont\u00e1neamente ideas, observaciones, interpretaciones, soluciones;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Piensa con originalidad;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es consciente de las responsabilidades del propio papel y trabaja para comprender y gestionar cualquier matiz y l\u00edmite del mismo;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es curioso, busca aclaraciones y hace preguntas;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trabaja no solo en las contingencias actuales, sino tambi\u00e9n en relaci\u00f3n con las contingencias futuras;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est\u00e1 en constante b\u00fasqueda de est\u00edmulos y oportunidades de mejoramiento para s\u00ed misma y para su trabajo.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer para mejorar la proactividad?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poner en pr\u00e1ctica esta habilidad blanda en particular no es f\u00e1cil, ya que se trata de un modo de enfoque, una actitud ante las cosas que requiere cierto esfuerzo que no es precisamente inmediato ni connatural a cada individuo. Sin embargo, hay peque\u00f1os detalles a los que se puede prestar atenci\u00f3n para mejorar la proactividad.\u00a0 Por ejemplo, darle espacio adecuado a la reflexi\u00f3n, pensar en las cuestiones cr\u00edticas que pueden surgir o en los imprevistos que pueden interferir en una nueva situaci\u00f3n y estudiar los movimientos convenientes para evitarlos, para tomarlos de la mejor manera posible, para estar preparados para reaccionar y as\u00ed prevenirlos.
